Pricing

One plan. Priced for your company.

Your annual price is based on your company’s self-reported revenue band—not headcount or usage. Invite everyone who needs the cost rationale, build as many quotes as you need, and know the bill before you start.

Questions

Pricing FAQ

Why is pricing based on company revenue?

Company size is a practical proxy for the value of a shared, standardized cost-estimating system. It lets Emura charge one predictable organization price without limiting users, quotes, or usage. You select the band that reflects your company's current annual revenue; pre-revenue companies use the under-$10M band.

Is the revenue band self-reported?

Yes. We ask an organization admin to select the applicable band at signup and confirm it when circumstances change. We do not ask for exact revenue or financial statements as part of self-service signup.

Are there user, quote, or usage limits?

No. Invite unlimited named users in Admin, Estimator, or read-only Viewer roles, and create unlimited quotes. There are no per-user charges, usage meters, overages, or pay-as-you-go fees. Each person should still use an individual account so access and revision history remain attributable.

How does Early Adopter Pricing work?

Early adopters receive 30% off the standard price for their selected band. That price is locked for three years from signup. If your company reports moving up a band during the lock, your price does not increase during the protected period.

What happens if our revenue band changes?

You may report a higher or lower band from Settings. Changes take effect only at annual renewal—never as a surprise mid-term charge or credit. When you move up, your first year in the new band receives a 10% transition discount. A move down receives the lower price at renewal without an extra discount.

What if Emura is not the right fit?

Contact us within 30 days of your first payment to cancel for any reason and receive a refund of your purchase price, less a $45 processing fee. You can also use the live demo before creating an account.

Is there a free trial?

You do not need to sign up to try Emura. The live demo opens a populated quote workspace with functional quote-list and library features. A paid organization account provides centralized saving, collaboration, permanent revision history, and more.

How do I pay?

Annual billing by card or bank account through Stripe. You select the revenue band that best describes your organization and see the exact annual price before checkout. Access activates when payment clears; payment methods, invoices, and cancellation remain available from Settings → Billing.
